You are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. You will be required to provide evidence that you took actions, i.e. performed all the Activity Guides (Labs), and Project Labs, applying to at least 50 jobs & get CV Reviewed (share proof) by sharing screenshots.
You will be required to drop an email to Support ID with Subject: REFUND <Product Name> with the required evidence. Once valid shreds of evidence are submitted, the refund process will take no more than 30 days. All refunds will be either returned to the original credit card -OR- sent via PayPal. International orders that will be refunded back to the original credit card and PayPal orders will be credited back to the PayPal account.
Excessive returns will not be accepted. Refunds will not be given to any one customer for one specific product more than twice. There is an unlimited amount of orders that a customer can place for one specific product, but the money-back guarantee is void after a customer has used it for one specific product more than twice.

Payment Liability: Students shall be financially liable to Pay in Full by the Due Date all payments related to their purchase from DataPandas after the 14-day full Refund window has expired.
Student’s Default: In the event that a Student defaults on any of its obligation under this Agreement, including, but not limited to, its payment obligations, DataPandas may, after giving seven (7) days email notice, suspend its performance of services under this Agreement until the default is cured. Student waives any and all claims against DataPandas for any such suspension. In the event that any balance due hereunder is referred for collection, reasonable attorneys’ fees and collection costs shall be added to the balance due and payable to DataPandas by the Student.
Grace Period: Students wishing to discontinue the course due to financial hardship shall be granted an initial 90-day grace period during which payments may be suspended. Student access to all course materials and support shall also be suspended. After the 90 day grace period has expired and the student has not contacted us to re-instate their account, their student access shall be deleted and any progress shall be lost. Students shall be financially liable for making Full Payment to DataPandas after their Grace Period has expired.
